PTR 10: 1 days Explore Akha Oma and Phounoy Ethnic

Itinerary: Bountai – Ban Bountai – Ban longtha- Ban nanam-ban seangag may -ban chakham lue- sean En village (Phounoy people).

Trek will be started at 8:00 am from Senphaxay Guesthouse in Bountai.

The group will start from the Longtha village; when we arrive at the village, we will take time to do sightseeing in the village and take pictures of the Oma ethnic group. We have opportunities to see Akah embroidery and their unique lives. After we visit the red pond during the trip, we will spend time here to take pictures of many fish in the pond. Then come back to Nanam village and Chankhalue village (Akha oma). The final is to visit Sean E village (Phou Noy Ethnic), then we will back to Boun Tai.

  • Ask before taking photos of people or spiritual items.
  • Help keep the trails clean by not littering.
  • Purchasing handicrafts is highly appreciated, but do not purchase antiques.
  • Always stay with the guides
